Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26ft) for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain clean, DOT-compliant vehicles and accurate delivery logs
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery of diverse cargo
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Submit digital paperwork and delivery confirmations promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Proven ability to navigate Cincinnati metro area
- Reliable personal box truck (26ft max) in good condition
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Smartphone with reliable data for communication
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally
