Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers to deliver freight to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at delivery points.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Physical.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
