Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in and around Tucson, AZ, in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Utilize handheld devices to scan packages, update delivery status, and manage proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Sort and organize parcels efficiently before loading the vehicle.
- Handle package exceptions, such as redelivery or address corrections, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently in urban areas.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
