Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations strictly.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks before and after routes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to punctuality.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
