Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular events
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports
- Implement student safety protocols during transit
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to all federal/state transportation regulations
- Operate GPS tracking systems for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger/S endorsement
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Child safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
