Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and documents to hospitals, laboratories, and clinics in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Inspect vehicle condition daily, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance before each route.
- Log delivery records accurately using company mobile applications or handheld devices.
- Adhere to strict time windows and punctuality standards to ensure critical medical operations run smoothly.
- Handle sensitive materials with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex routing instructions.
- Reliable access to a dependable, insured vehicle suitable for cargo transport.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
