Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within St. Louis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
- Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered on schedule
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis streets and navigation
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
