Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided freight trucks for regional deliveries
- Load/unload cargo using provided equipment and tools
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections on company vehicles
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California roadways and regulations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic navigation technology proficiency
- Must provide own DOT-compliant work attire
