Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout the Cincinnati metro area efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure the accuracy of all deliveries, including checking items for damage and obtaining signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or questions with a positive attitude.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log delivery reports accurately.
- Load and unload cargo safely, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major moving violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital logging.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work flexible shifts.
- Reliable access to personal transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
