Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for long-haul and regional freight routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain meticulous logbooks and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading and timely deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and reliability
- Utilize GPS technology for route optimization and real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
