Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery at construction sites
- Transport materials including gravel, sand, and demolition debris
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and safety documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient load/unload operations
- Operate in diverse terrains including desert and urban environments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Tucson metro area and surrounding regions
- Strong understanding of load securement techniques
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, dust)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
