Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class B dump trucks for material transport to construction sites
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning
- Load/unload materials using hydraulic systems and manual techniques
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain client relationships
- Participate in mandatory safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Ability to pass background check and substance screening
- Familiarity with Bay Area traffic patterns and delivery zones
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification preferred
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varied weather conditions
- Basic equipment troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication and time-management skills
