Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport and excavation sites
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to NYC DOT and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain clean vehicle appearance and mechanical functionality
- Support emergency response operations during weather events
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 3+ years commercial dump truck experience
- NYC-specific construction site navigation expertise
- Heavy machinery operation certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
