Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment on construction sites and haul routes
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload materials following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize delivery schedules
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and Louisville traffic laws
- Represent company standards through professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of Louisville metro area and Kentucky highways
- DOT medical certification and physical stamina
- Pass background check and drug screening
