Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites and industrial facilities
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging records
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Support site-specific unloading procedures and material distribution
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy haul experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Nebraska traffic regulations and construction zones
- Basic equipment troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
