Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Optimize routes for timely delivery across Hudson County
- Assist in emergency response during adverse weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
