Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for construction material transport and debris removal
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment and safety techniques
- Document trip details, mileage, and material quantities as required
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and represent company values on job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Strong knowledge of Dallas area roads and construction zones
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in all weather conditions
