Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate logs, pre/post-trip inspections, and documentation
- Deliver freight to regional destinations with on-time reliability
- Build long-term relationships with key logistics partners
- Utilize advanced fleet tracking systems for optimal route efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless load coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation
- Strong commitment to safety and on-time delivery standards
- Flexibility for occasional weekend and overnight travel
