Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers on dedicated routes between DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure secure cargo handling and delivery verification
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for on-time deliveries
- Represent Capital Fleet Logistics with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 3 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in past 2 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Knowledge of Mid-Atlantic corridor geography
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Dedicated home location within 50 miles of Washington DC
