Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for regional routes within a 300-mile radius of Memphis
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and adhere strictly to DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Participate in continuous safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and regional highways
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT certification preferred
