Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely along designated routes in the Arlington metroplex
- Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time adjustments
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and resolve route challenges
- Complete accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and transportation management systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and regional logistics networks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
