Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes in Newark and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status and route adjustments
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while prioritizing safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
