Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local/regional deliveries in Southern California
- Manage route optimization and delivery timelines for maximum efficiency
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and perform daily inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load adjustments
- Ensure secure cargo handling and proper documentation (BOLs, permits)
- Uphold DOT compliance and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrakes endorsement
- 2+ years box truck experience in California
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Own or have access to compliant box truck (24-26ft)
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M+)
- Strong knowledge of SoCal logistics routes
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
