Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimized routing and time management
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Uphold strict safety protocols and compliance with DOT regulations
- Build client relationships through professional on-site interactions
- Utilize our digital platform for load acceptance and tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M+ coverage)
- Reliable 24-26ft box truck (2008+ model preferred)
- Smartphone with reliable internet access for digital dispatch
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for loading/unloading assistance
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area roadways
