Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Maintain detailed trip logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time load adjustments
- Uphall strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M+)
- DOT medical certification current
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with GPS navigation capability
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong time management and communication skills
