Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local/regional deliveries in Southern California
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communications
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery performance
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage inventory loading/unloading procedures
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Proven box truck/straight truck operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of Southern California roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with financial responsibility
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
