Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with Amazon safety standards and local regulations
- Efficiently manage daily delivery routes using Amazon's proprietary technology systems
- Provide outstanding customer service during package deliveries and returns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize route efficiency and on-time performance
- Support warehouse operations when required for package sorting and loading
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficiency with mobile technology and navigation apps
