Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in Pittsburgh metro area while maintaining safety standards
- Manage daily route optimization to meet delivery windows and performance metrics
- Inspect, load, and secure packages in compliance with Amazon's quality guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report operational issues
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
