Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages to customer doorsteps in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, courteous service and ensure every package is handled with care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle inspections, including pre-trip and post-trip checks, to ensure safety standards are met.
- Accuracy: Verify package contents and ensure the correct address is selected before every delivery.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized delivery van and loading dock area.
- Record Keeping: Accurately complete delivery logs and reports as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Residency: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Seattle, WA.
- Vehicle Requirements: Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
