Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
- Ensure all delivery documentation and paperwork is accurate and completed on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including proper package handling and professional interactions.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace both inside and outside the vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B with air brakes endorsement is preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery data and managing apps.
- Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme heat.
