Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain GPS navigation systems and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and route interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Utilize Amazon's handheld devices to scan, track, and confirm deliveries
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and Amazon safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Proficiency with mobile technology and delivery scanning systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
