Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using Amazon's technology
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon's driving protocols
- Assist with package loading/unloading and warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
