Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform strategic direction for 2026 initiatives
- Develop and execute scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for future market shifts
- Lead innovation workshops and foresight exercises across engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and white papers on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
