- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on 2026 innovation priorities
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Establish KPIs to track strategic implementation and forecast market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Strong network of industry contacts across tech, academia, and policy sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
