- Produce quarterly future-state scenarios and impact assessments for executive leadership

- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging opportunities against future market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with future-focused methodologies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
