Responsibilities

- Design future-state scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Present executive-level vision sessions to C-suite leadership
- Pioneer research initiatives in human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of executing future-oriented enterprise strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
