Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops designing ethical AI governance systems and sustainable business models
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive analytics on climate-tech adoption and workforce evolution
- Advocate for human-centric innovation in policy discussions with global think tanks
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps for our quantum computing and neurotech divisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work (e.g., World Economic Forum reports, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for 2030 alignment
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford)
- Experience with generative AI for trend simulation and scenario modeling
