Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends for 2026+
- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports for executive leadership and investors
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with future market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage a team of futurist researchers and trend analysts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or consulting environments
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting business and society
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation strategies
