Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and climate impact scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into product roadmaps
- Present visionary strategies to executive teams and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 industry transformations
- Monitor strategy execution effectiveness using predictive analytics and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work, climate resilience, or digital transformation
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
