Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading publications
- Adv executive leadership on market disruption risks and opportunity windows
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-year+ strategic frameworks for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) highly desirable
