- Partner with R&D teams to validate future scenarios and prototype solutions

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or trend forecasting models
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech adaptation, or neurotech integration
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic frameworks implemented by major organizations
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
