Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trajectories
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend analysis
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks
- Strong network with futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Ability to synthesize disparate data into coherent strategic narratives
