Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing strategies
- Produce actionable trend reports with quantitative models and qualitative insights
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
