Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities through 2026+
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into compelling future narratives
- Produce thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation innovation pipelines
- Monitor global policy/regulatory landscapes to anticipate strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
