Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) with 5-10 year impact potential
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients to navigate technological discontinuities and market volatility
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Deliver executive briefings on exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product development aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Establish innovation metrics to track adoption curves of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech)
- Exceptional visualization skills for presenting complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
