Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption across verticals
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating emerging capabilities with market needs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into organizational strategy
- Establish partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional scenario modeling and strategic planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
