Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for strategic decision-making across C-suite stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence points
- Present future-state briefings to executive leadership and external partners
- Establish cross-functional foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms in industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
