- Develop future scenario models for 2026+ business landscapes and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in product development and corporate strategy
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to guide organizational decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to identify breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
