Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and paradigm shifts
- Champion foresight methodologies across organizational functions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
