Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and prototype next-generation solutions
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and KPIs
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor an innovation ecosystem of internal and external partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (post-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies and foresight methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
